ABOUT HANDICRAFT IN THE EREVAN REGION (IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE XVIII CENTURY - FIRST HALF OF THE XIX CENTURY)

Abstract

Article have been devoted to the second half of the XVIII century - first half of the XIX century about handicraft in the Erevan region. Areas of different art which has developed in the Erevan region, in the time that we dealt with and these areas sum in the Erevan city and total partial regions. Areas of this art had united in spite of variety in the centre surroundings- organization being called asnaf. Chief was heading to this organization. He had controlled gathering from craftsmans in time of the taxes, connection creates with state organs, by its finance division, police office and it was guarding the rights of the members entering organi zation.
