ON ESTABLISHMENT, ACTIVITIES AND STRUCTURE OF THE AUDIT AND FINANCE COMMISSION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CONGRESS OF BAKU OIL INDUSTRIALISTS

Abstract

This article deals with establishment, composition and structure of current audit and financial commission as a body of the Council of the Congress of Baku Oil Industrialists during the period when oil industry of Baku entered the stage of capitalist development. Since the members of the audit and finance commission were mainly represented by small and medium-sized firms in the oil industry, the interests of large firms clashed with the interest of the Council of the congress. For this reason, the reports of the audit and financial commission submitted to the congress of Baku oil industrialists were discussed in the interests of the Councilofthe congress.
