INTERACTION OF NATIONAL CULTURES

Abstract

At the end of XIV and beginning of XX Azerbaijan was one of those regions of Russian Empire where different ethnic groups contacted with each other: Russians, Germans, Armenians, Persians, Kurds, etc. The article dedicated to the interaction of national cultures, Russian immigrants and Azerbaijanis. It deals with the peculiarities of material culture and spiritual life of these people with new features which were adopted at the result of the close contacts retained through the centuries till the present time.
