H.ALIEV MODEL OF STATE ORGANIZATION AND SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE VILLAGE

Abstract

In the article the development, the social problems, the reforms led with the purpose of the solution of cataclysms, in Azerbaijani village for the last 40 years reveal. For this purpose is given a brief viewpoint in history of development of political transitology, as one of the large directions of the theory of political changes. At different stages of reformation, proceeded in a province, in a basis of all con flicts, the question on improvement of life conditions and well-being of the population was put forward on the foreground. But, unfortunately, disintegration of the USSR and the economic blockade which has arisen in connection with this and many other reasons have led to "paralysis" of the Azerbaijani village. Acknowledgement of the human rights and liberties, liberalization of economy, the statement of a private property in the Constitution of Independent Azerbaijan as of 1995 have served as the base of revolutionary changes in the Azerbaijani province. National leader Haydar Aliyev, being born in a province, was perfectly familiar with cares and needs of agricultural population. In this connection, during his whole political career he always paid fixed attention to the solution of social problems in provinces. Our people trust, that the development which is taking place in modern Azerbaijani village and processes of social transformation in the further will yield the fruitful results.
