The language facts of N.A.Baskakov (1979) proving the accuracy of the results belonging to the necessity of disclosure and study of the Turkic roots of some elements of the Russian phraseology are looked through in the article. We have revealed the noted facts during to do the areal research in the direction of the contrasting of languages of the Eastern-Eurasian peoples. An important issue as the studying of the specific language elements of the “Russian Cultural Zone” has been raised in the article named as “The Upper and Lower Stories of Russian Culture” (1927) written by N.S.Trubetzkoy which reflecting close relations of the Russian people with the adjacent Turkic and Finno-Ugric peoples. The results about the oriental motifs of the Russian culture given by N.S.Trubetzkoy have indicated the necessity of specific research of the language elements of that region, because the relations of culture and language are closely tied to each other. N.S.Trubetzkoy noted that the close relation among this region with the other cultural centres of Asia has established only by the nomadic nations of the Central Asia.
We have set a goal in front of us to research the sayings of the nation reflecting the features of national mentality of the peoples of researched region, comparatively. The study of their folklore motifs is also included to the aims of this areal characteristic research, because the ancient elements of the national culture are preserved, here. We also added the Hungarian folklore and phraseology to the sphere of the comparative research in this work, because the culture of Hungary has ramified in the lands of the Central Volga Mouth.
We have faced with interesting problems during the research. In the studied region, we have met with the oriental characteristic common elements which were belonging to the Russian language, but were not considered in the researches of Russian linguistics of the XX century.
