Poet Abduqadir Jalalidin, a teacher of the Urumchi Pedagogical University in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, in the East Turkistan was taken from his home and imprisoned by putting a sack on his head in the middle of the night in January of the 2018th year. A.Jalalidin has been in prison for about three years. The Uyghur poem named as “No Road Back Home” (Yanarım yok) which he wrote while was being in prison goes out to the world in some way. The Uyghur filmmaker Mukaddas Mijit living in the USA recited the poem in the section of “Opinion” of the New York Times in November of the 2020th year. The poem spreads in press and social media. This poem takes place in the Turkish press and social media by the Uighurs who are living in the Turkey.
