Artistic traditions in architecture and decoration of Kazakhstan mosques in conditions of globalization

Abstract

In the paper are dealt with traditions and innovations in the architecture and decor of Kazakhstan mosques in the context of globalization using the example of mosques in Astana, Karaganda and Pavlodar. The author comes to the conclusion that in his work, architects and artists, along with tradition, must follow contemporary interpretive thought, the analogue of which is the Islamic concept - ijtihad.
