Sociological problems of the Azerbaijani theater in the period of independence

Abstract

This article discusses the current sociological problems of the Azerbaijani theater in the period of independence. During this period the author tries to identify these problems, noting the successes and shortcomings of the Azerbaijani theater against the background of the artistic and organizational landscape.The author substantiates his views using extensive factual and statistical materials and states that sociological problems are manifested in a greater number of spectators and repertoire.
