“My beloved crazy” at nonlinear space

Abstract

Playwright Elchin’s creative position, new theatrical aesthetics, new philosophical thinking in the development of Azerbaijani theatre during independence period are deined in the article. Motive of madness in Elchin’s creation is studied, especially, new conscious paradigm of comedy “My beloved crazy” at nonlinear space. The author concludes that, motive of madness illustrates a revision of attitude to the person and it can be considered one of the symptoms of transitional eras. Madness is perceived as normative state in the context of vanguard character. Madness, as before the mind, provides knowledge of the world in the new world outlook paradigm.
