It was determined that the mountain gray-brown soils distributed in the Gobustan region were subjected to erosion to varying degrees (weak, medium). As a result of the development of the ero-sion process, the fertility of the soils was lost, the yield capacity was weakened, and the morpholo-gical characteristics were sharply changed. In order to restore the fertility of these soils, fertilizers were applied in the form of NPK mixtures in various norms against the background of perennial grasses (poplar and ryegrass). It was found that, according to the experimental variants, the amount of water-resistant aggregates was 20.4% in the pasture area (control), 32.0% in the background + N30P30K30, 33.5% in the background + N45P45K30 and 32.8% in the background + N60P60K45 variant. The structural coefficient in the pasture area was 0.80% in the 0-20 cm layer, 0.85% in the backgro-und (soybean+ryegrass), 0.90% in background+ N30P30K30, 0.88% in background+ N45P45K30 and 0.97% in background+ N60P60K45.
