    Abstract

The aim of the article is to study the actualization of medical and social relations as a subject of social philosophy. It is stated that the problem of medical and social relations was one of the most exciting questions of representatives of intellectual labor from ancient times. Along with the works of researchers in Western Europe and the United States, attention was also paid to the work
of our researchers in this direction. The article mainly uses methods of comparative analysis and historical chronological analysis. The scientific novelty of the article is a generalization of studies on the actualization of medical and social relations in the modern period, and also, for the first time by the author in Azerbaijan, she turned to components as a problem of social philosophy. As a result, the author summarized the research in this area in the context of the development of modern medicine, while many health problems were solved to localize some chronic diseases by medical institutions due to the means at their disposal, some issues still remain unresolved. These efforts were primarily aimed at increasing the value of life itself for both parties (doctors and patients) and some recommendations and suggestions were given that correspond to the needs of the time.
