      Abstract

Soil valuation is an assessment of soil fertility based on the internal natural properties of soils (soil contours). Such an assessment, ie the establishment of the main land grading scale, is carried out for typical and normal, ie medium-grained, mainly thick, non-saline and non-saline soils and without other restrictive properties. The presented article provides information on the comparative assessment of lands of Jalilabad cadastral region. Cutting samples were taken from the soils of Jalilabad cadastral region, our field researches and laboratory analyzes were carried out and according to the results obtained, the type and semi-types of soils of the cadastral region are shown in the article. The article also discusses the compilation of the main quality scale on the basis of internal diagnostic indicators of soils, determination of correction coefficients for various characteristics (salinity, salinization, granulometric composition, reaction of soil solution and thickness of the soft layer) and finding the final quality points. Then, on the basis of the quality scores of the lands in the territory of Jalilabad cadastral region and their field indicators, the final quality scale was compiled and the average value of the area was taken as equal to the unit and the comparative value coefficient of the lands was determined. Recently, on the basis of the results of field-soil and chamber-laboratory researches conducted in Jalilabad cadastral region, as well as map-fund materials of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of ANAS, taking into account the plasticity of the relief, we prepared a 1: 100,000 credit card in ArcGis program. In the quality map, the contour number, quality class and quality score are marked on each land contour.
