    Abstract

The article presents a new processing technology in the "Hydrocracking of heavy oil residues" (SPR-1) with the participation of suspended high-dispersion natural zeolite catalysts for fuel oil. The main results of the process of hydrocracking of fuel oil with the participation of modified catalysts of Az-4 and halloysite minerals ion exchange and impregnation with Ni, Mo metals are given. It was determined that under optimal conditions (430C, 4.0 MPa) 47% of catalyst-free hydrocracking of fuel oil; 54% with the addition of 2.5% Az-4; 56.9 and 55.89 when using Az-4 modified separately with Ni and Mo by absorption and ion exchange methods; 57.9 and 58.65%, respectively; The yield of light oil products using a catalyst obtained from the joint modification of both metals is 60.0 and 66.76% by weight, respectively. Under optimal conditions (4.0 MPa, 430°C), 53.04% light-colored petroleum products are obtained from hydrocracking of fuel oil in the presence of 2.5% halloysite catalyst in the system. When the process is carried out with Ni/halloysite and Mo/halloisite modified by absorption and ion exchange methods, the yield of light oil products is 54.44 and 57.63%; 59.62 and 62.05% by weight, and when using Mo + Ni / halloisite it is 65.82 and 83.0%, respectively. In this case, the yield of the gasoline fraction doubled to 29- 33% by weight. This is based on the fact that in the surface layer of zeolite crystals modified by the ion exchange method, the elements Mo and Ni were more distributed in the surface layer of the mineral than in the sample modified by the absorption method.
