PHASE EQUILIBRIA IN THE Ag8SiS6-Ag8GeS6 SYSTEM

Phase equilibria in the Ag8SiS6-Ag8GeS6 system were experimentally investigated by means of differential thermal analysis and powder X-ray diffraction techniques. It was established that continuous series of solid solutions with SiGe substitution are formed in the system. T-x diagram of the title system and concentration dependence of lattice parameters of the obtained solid solutions were plotted.
