    Abstract

Some typical hypothetical hypotheses that can be deduced by the extremist activity, have been identified and systematized, investigative actions, other procedural acts and operational search actions that can be carried out to verify investigative hypotheses, and their subsequent pursuit. The scope of the typical investigative hypothesis was investigated during investigative investigations, including extradition related crimes Issues relating to the scope of typical investigative hypotheses were investigated in the course of investigative actions, including crimes against extremism. Issues related to the scope of typical investigative hypotheses were investigated during investigative assertions, including crimes against extremism. The scientific-methodical, organizational-technical, tactical-procedural bases of the investigation of extremist activity, crimes related to extremism, taking into account modern realities, tactical-criminological features of new forms and types of extremism were systematically and comprehensively investigated. In the investigation of crimes related to extremism (extremist activity), the need to work out the issues of putting forward and verifying typical investigative hypotheses from scientific-theoretical and experimental aspects has become more urgent. The correct logical and scientifically based complex actions of the investigator in various conditions of the preliminary investigation, the scientific-theoretical basis of which the activity largely depends on the correct definition of the tasks determined in such conditions, as well as the correct organization of the construction and verification of hypotheses in criminal cases have been determined.
