THE IMPACT OF RESOURCE POTENTIAL ON THE ECONOMIC DIPLOMACY OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the role of the country's resource potential in economic diplomacy, its essence and significance based on legal approaches and from a practical point of view. The main objectives of the study are to analyze the resource potential, identify the tasks of economic diplomacy when using the country's resource potential in modern conditions. The study uses methods of comparison and grouping. Based on the analysis of the country's resource potential, the study revealed the role of economic diplomacy in the implementation of the national strategy for the use of resources. As a result of the study, the author revealed the ambiguity of the potential and use of different resources, revealed the impact of economic diplomacy on the implementation of national interests through the use of the country's resources. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the determination of the versatile influence of economic diplomacy on the development of the state, as a result, the definition of the tasks of economic diplomacy when using not only natural, but also other resources. The practical significance of the study lies in the study and generalization of the impact of resource potential on economic diplomacy in different periods of the country's development, the tasks of economic diplomacy for the full use of the country's potential and competitive advantage in the context of globalization are proposed.
