EXPERIMENTAL AND COMPUTATIONAL STUDIES OF 2-2-(4-FLUOROPHENYL) HYDRAZONE DIMETHYLTRICYCLOHEXANE-1,3-DIONE AND 2-2-(4- TRIFLUOROMETHYLPHENYL)HYDRAZONE-5,5-DIMETHYLCYCLOHEXANE-1, 3-DIONE

Abstract

In the present study, the two β-dicetone derivatives we synthesized were 2- (2- (4-fluorophenyl) hydrazone) dimethyltritcyclohexane-1,3-dion and 2- (2- (2-trifluoromethylphenyl) hydrazone) -5,5-dimethylcyclohexane. Based on the results of molecular docking of -1,3-dion, Hirschfeld's surface analysis, and the structures of the molecules were analyzed. The anti-cancer activities of our derivatives have been revealed.
