    Abstract

Charge transport processes in TlSe1-xSx (x=0; 0.2; 0.4) system solid solutions in the frequency range of 25106 Hs were studied by impedance spectroscopy method. Dielectric measurements of TlSe1-xSx (x=0; 0.2; 0.4) solid solutions were carried out in the frequency range of 25106 Hs, and it was determined that the real (') and imaginary (") parts of the dielectric permittivity have a dispersion in the frequency dependence. Certain It was found that at low temperatures, the electrical conductivity in the frequency interval of 105 Hs obeys the law of σac  f 0.8. With the subsequent increase in temperature, it shows that the conductivity and dispersion of the electrical conductivity increases significantly depending on the composition depending on the frequency. It is shown that this behavior of the conductivity in the studied solid solutions increases with the increase of the ionic component is connected.
