    Abstract

After the end of the Cold War, the world made a transition from a unipolar system to a multipolar system. In the new world order, the USA started to produce different theories to manage Eurasia and achieve world domination. The Turkic world was also included in this strategy as a share of the Eurasian region. American foreign policy, guided by the Clash of Civilizations, the Grand
Chessboard and the Rimland theories, could not ignore Central Asia and the Caucasus region as an important part of Eurasia. The Turkic world, which is a part of the Greater Middle East Project, is one of the regions of great importance for the USA. And it is the most important of the regions that need to be managed in accordance with the interests of the USA on the way to world domination.
