PREDICTION OF LIBRARY-INFORMATION PROVISION OF TOURISM ACTIVITIES

Abstract

In order to determine the real development directions of the current potential of the document-information resources in the field of tourism in our republic, there is a need for an accurate and comprehensive study and study of the current state of the document flow in the library-information network operating in the mentioned region. All this brings to the fore the importance of evaluating information resources on tourism according to the needs of readers in the library field, and in-depth investigation of
the development characteristics and problems of the flow of documents in this field. As we know, libraries, which are considered as social institutes, meet the information needs of the society, fulfill scientific, information, cultural, educational and upbringing functions. Library-information institutions have great importance in the collection, preservation and delivery of literature related to various fields of science to information users. In the study of the document-information demand of the developing tourism sector in our country, great importance is attached to the scientific works created by scientists, researchers, and experts in this field, as well as to the forecasting of scientific researches. In this regard, the prediction of library-information provision in the sphere of tourism was studied in the article.
