HEYDAR ALYEV'S INDEPENDENT, DEMOCRATIC STATE BUILDING STRATEGY

Abstract

In the article, a political-theoretical analysis of Azerbaijan's statehood tradition was made. A number of political-ideological peculiarities of the Azerbaijani states have been analyzed in the aspect of statehood tradition. As a result of the conducted research, the values that have a special place in the tradition of statehood - Justice, Peace, and the provision of order - have been emphasized separately. A brief description of the political, cultural and ideological transformations that have manifested themselves in Azerbaijan since the second half of the 19th century is given. The theory of transformation of enlightenment in science and education into political enlightenment has been followed. Based on the analysis, the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, the Azerbaijan SSR, and the independent democratic Republic of Azerbaijan at the current stage were politically analyzed in the context of the tradition of statehood as a model of state structure. The scientific goal of the article is to provide a political theoretical analysis of the Azerbaijan model of statehood. As a methodology, dialectical methodology was used, which allows for a systematic analysis of the tradition of statehood based on an integrative approach. Analysis, synthesis, comparative analysis and
