In the study, Lonicera L. species (Lonicera bracteolaris Boiss. & Buhse, Lonicera caprifolium L., Lonicera chrysantha Turcz. ex Ledeb., Lonicera caucasica Pall., Lonicera fragrantissima Lindl. & Paxton, Lonicera prolifera (Kirchner) Booth ex Rehder, Lonicera iberica Bieb., Lonicera japonica Thunb., Lonicera versicaria Kom., Lonicera maackii (Rupr.) Herd., Lonicera maximowiczii (Rupr.)
Regel, Lonicera tatarica L., Lonicera xylosteum L., Lonicera nigra) seeds were studied in laboratory reproduction under Absheron conditions. In the course of the research, it became known that keeping the seeds under the necessary conditions, disinfection and various stratification methods led to a sharp increase in the germination capacity of the seeds. Thus, it is appropriate to propagate the introduced nine species and apply them in greening for decorative purposes. Their decorativeness is used almost throughout the growing season. The delicate shoots of these species, flowers of different colors from white, pink, yellow, red and purple, and leaves of different sizes, all these decorative qualities attract people. They look especially decorative during flowering and fruiting.
