An economic-geographical study of the territorial planning of grain growing in Sheki district was conducted in the article. The current state of grain farming, population's place in food supply and price increases that may result from drier climate and lower productivity, decrease in the bulk and variety of flour and flour products, the issues of the reduction of livestock fodder base were touched upon. Annual indicators of different fields of grain farming, including planting, production and productivity were analyzed, the trend of increase and decrease was studied, and a comparative analysis was given. Also, the factors affecting the development of those areas were clarified. Additionally, the land fund of the region, areas affected by agriculture, their use, current condition, the share of grazes and pastures in the land fund was studied, the share of the population working in agriculture was shown using the obtained statistical indicators. Forecasting was carried out using the modern method for territorial organization of grain farming in the region, and proposals were made accordingly at the end. Using Multiple Linear Regression analysis in the R programming language as a method, it was suggested that it would be useful to apply the AgroPark model in the region, and the total capacity of production was predicted.
