          Abstract

In the presented article, the charge transport processes of solid solution crystal samples of TlSe1-xSx (x=0; 0.2; 0.4) grown by Bricman-Stockbarger technology and made in the form of capacitors by making contact with silver paste was studied by the impedance spectroscopy method at different temperatures (300, 350 and 400 K temperatures) and in the frequency range of 25–106 Hz. Relaxation measures were detected in the crystal by changing the solid solution repair. Complex plane diagrams (Z′′−Z′) were analyzed using the method of equivalent scheme substitutions. It is shown that the "rays" observed in the hodograph curves at higher temperatures are due to the Warburg diffuse impedance. The emergence of Warburg diffuse impedance is due to the transformation of the crystal into a superionic state at high temperatures. This is determined by the diffusion of Tl+1 ions on vacancies in the structure of the studied solid solutions.
