              Abstract

Today, the pharmaceutical industry is seeing widespread use of components derived from plant extracts. Under laboratory conditions, essential oil was obtained from rosemary plants by steam distillation and its chemical composition was studied. Compositions prepared from rosemary essential oil and White Naftalan oil were prepared. The antimicrobial effect of prepared compositions from the essential oil of medicinal rosemary with White Naftalan on microornanisms - fungi (Candida albicans) and bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli) was studied. In the course of research, it was found that this prepared composition has a more effective effect on the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus.
