The article discusses the philosophical and epistemological features of the presence of artificial consciousness in artificial intelligence at the present stage. It is shown that this problem is currently considered very relevant for philosophical and scientific understanding in general. In general, there are different approaches to the formation of artificial consciousness. There are those who think this is possible. There are also studies that disagree with this and deny its existence. Other studies have suggested that artificial consciousness may be created in the future. In all cases, the problem is analyzed intensively and across an increasingly broad field of research. The article examines the issue through the prism of an interdisciplinary approach. Here the main scientific goal is a philosophical and scientific analysis of various aspects of the formation of artificial consciousness in the light of research available in the existing philosophical and scientific literature. For this purpose, nonlinearity, intersubjectivity and synergetic synthesis were applied as methodological principles. The method used is system and dynamic integration. Scientific novelty is associated with the thesis “about the possibility of humanity achieving a symbiosis of natural intelligence + artificial intelligence with broader cognitive capabilities in choosing the right ethical direction.”
