In the article, the problem of the synthesis of knowledge is philosophically investigated in the light of the modern state of inter-science relations. It is shown that knowledge synthesis at the modern stage is a dynamic, non-linear, complex and open process. For its adequate philosophical-scientific understanding, a different epistemological approach is required. At the current stage, the synthesis of knowledge is not a fragmentary, but a whole and fully realized holistic process. The article emphasizes that the issue of knowledge synthesis at the current stage can be understood in close connection with the concept of complexity, complexity paradigm and epistemological features of inter-science relations. The main scientific goal of the article is to investigate the influence of the character of interdisciplinary relations on the synthesis of knowledge in the modern stage. An interdisciplinary approach is used for this. Systemic approach, non-linear and intersubjective analysis and synergistic formation were chosen as methodological principles. Dynamic integration is used as a method. Scientific innovation is related to the prediction that the tendency of the formation of new synthetic scientific directions on the basis of the investigation of the synthesis of knowledge may intensify.
