BASICS OF COMPILING LAND MANAGEMENT PROJECTS ON THE CONSOLIDATION OF SHARE LANDS IN AZERBAIJAN

Abstract

After Azerbaijan gained independence, after national leader Heydar Aliyev returned to power for the second time at the request and insistence of the people, a new constitution was adopted in our country through a referendum [2]. With this constitution, state monopoly over land was ended, successful land reform was carried out in our republic, with the exception of our territories that were occupied at that time, and our lands were transferred to state, municipal and private ownership. In the article, the multi-ownership land relations formed in the years of independence in our country are investigated, the positive and negative effects of land reform on the development of agricultural production are studied, the spatial conditions of the share lands given to private ownership are studied, the socio-economic, ecological-landscape, technical aspects of the preparation of land development projects designed for the purpose of consolidation of share lands are studied. - technological, legal-normative foundations are given.
