Currently, the use of catalysts, which are one of the most effective methods of utilization for waste gases, is considered to be the most promising method of emission reduction. Considering the serious problems caused by benzene and its derivatives, various deactivation methods have been developed. Catalytic oxidation is one of the promising methods and effective technologies for the decomposition of benzene and its derivatives. This method can oxidize them to commonly used substances and COx. For this purpose, Mo+VPO /SiO2, VMoO/SiO2, Sb+VPO /Al2O3, VMoO/Al2O3 catalysts were synthesized and 78 91% conversion was obtained in their presence. The dependence of the catalytic activity of the synthesized catalysts on temperature, contact time, and molar ratio of the catalyst components was determined.
