The South Caucasus lies at the junction of the Eurasian continent, which has long made the region particularly significant in the global political and economic context. In terms of trade relations, the region represented a wide network of caravan routes, river and sea connections. It is here that on the basis of artifacts - mannets, treasures, ceramics and jewelry, as well as on the example of such elements of culture as ornamentation, symbols, signs, etc., there is a junction of two world cultures - West and East, a picture of ethno-cultural contacts emerges, the process of migration, trade and cultural interaction of cities and settlements lying on the main trade roads.
