Conflict Resolution Problems

Abstract

The article highlights a number of issues related to the problem of settlement of international conflicts. It is noted that the process of conflict resolution depends both on the states themselves and on the activities of the actors of international relations represented by international organiza-tions, governmental and non-governmental organizations and other similar structures. Moreover, it depends on what role they play in the system of the created new world order.
The article also focuses on and indicates ways to solve problems (conflicts of a new type) in the formation of international relations in the current situation.
