Abstract

The aim of the article is to study the modern Uzbek-Azerbaijani literary connections and the development features, the ideological-thematic style parallels in the poems of both peoples. In the modern Azerbaijani and Uzbek poetry, based on the folklore history, national themes especially the native language theme, the content and sound, the unity of the subject and idea is researched from the harmonic point of view.The works of poets such as Bakhtiyar Vahabzade, Erkin Vahidov, Kha-lil Rza Uluturk, Abdullah Aripov, Rauf Parfi, Tofig Bayram, to define these parallels in the native language context, are in the spotlight.
