Information Ethics in the Post-War Phase in the Context of the Reconstruction Process of Karabakh

Abstract

The article highlights the great role of information ethics in the reconstruction process in Karabakh at the post-war stage. It is noted that new information technologies should be applied in the reconstruction of Karabagh according to precisely developed programs. It seems that human capital occupies a central place in Azerbaijan's development strategy, and its development is the main stra-tegic goal. This means that all programs to be implemented are essentially human-oriented and aimed at ensuring collective welfare.
Thus, in his research work, the author takes into account the implementation of a course that strictly considers the ethical aspect of the sustainable economic and ecological development of our country in the post-war phase.
