Abstract

US-China relations are one of the most urgent and global topics of modern world politics. At the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, the role of bilateral relations in world politics began to gain more importance, and thus the topic became one of the modern trends.
In the new world order that emerged after the end of the Cold War and the collapse of the socialist states, relations between the two states developed dynamically within the framework of com-petition and cooperation, which directly affected the world economy and politics.

When talking about political relations between the United States and China, Taiwan, North Korea, the nuclear issue, competition to become a superpower, etc., it is impossible not to mention the issues. So, these issues always cause problems between the United States and China. The goal of the United States, in particular, is to eliminate the nuclear problem in North Korea and try to support the Taiwanese regime. China has traditionally considered both the Taiwan and North Korea issues to be the main obstacles to the positive development of relations with the United States. Even though these two factors sometimes cause problems between the two countries, they are one of the factors that lead to beneficial cooperation and mutual benefit.
The article provides extensive information about the role of many states in the development of all relations, mainly political relations, between the United States and the People's Republic of China against the backdrop of geopolitical changes in the world system after the end of the Cold War, es-pecially near the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. At the same time, the special weight of the factors of North Korea and Taiwan in the formation and dynamic development of bilateral relations has been studied here in detail.
