Summary
According to the observations of ancient Turkish sources, as well as other examples, there is an idea about poeticism that this type of means of expression consists of the carrier of traditions belonging to the initial information environment of the language. It should be taken into account that the nature of rhythm and harmony of phonetic elements is embodied more intensively when they are used consecutively and repeatedly in parallel components. It is a characteristic of not only one language, but all other languages that phonetic elements are processed sequentially in parallel components to create rhythm and harmony. Therefore, the poetic feature that occurs through the rhythm and harmony of phonetic units has a universal character in terms of functionality. However, it cannot be said that phonetic poeticism is of the same nature and the same quality in all languages as it is universal. Due to cross-linguistic typological differences, phonetic poeticism has its own characteristics in each typology. As one of the Turkic languages, the Azerbaijani language has an agglutinative structure, so the phonetic sequence and ordering in this language allows poeticism to be embodied with a special charm. It is possible to observe the visual picture of them in the examples used in ancient sources and showing their rich tradition in Azerbaijani language texts, including Ramiz Rovshan's prose language.
