Modern Azerbaijan by Afad Gurbanov problems of literary language

Abstract

In the article, the problems of modern Azerbaijani literary language in the creativity of Afad Gurbanov are investigated. It is determined that the history of the formation and development of the literary language of Azerbaijan is distinguished by its scale. Professor A. Gurbanov gave extensive information on the issues of the literary language of Azerbaijan and divided the universal language in the modern literary language of Azerbaijan into two branches: 1) literary colloquial language, or literary language; 2) non-literary colloquial language, or colloquial language. At the same time, he defined the norms of Azerbaijan's literary language. The main features of lexical norms, requirements for phonetic and morphological norms have been analyzed with rich facts.
