This article is devoted to the study of emotional communication models and their characteris- tics. It is known that the main function of communication is to create communication between peop- le. However, there are many models of communication, each of which has its own characteristics. Communication models are divided into two groups according to their structure and content. Accor- ding to their structure, communication models are mainly divided into three groups: linear, non-li- near and transactive. According to their content, communication models are divided into two gro-ups:comfortable (comfort) - psychological communication models, discomfortable - psychological communication models.
Expressive, suggestive, informative, persuasive and ritual models can be used as comfortable communication models. Discomfortable-psychological communi-cation models can be characteri- zed as accusative, encouraging, calculating, detached models. Depending on the purpose and functi- on, sometimes not one but several communication models are used during communication. This means that the communication models are closely related to each other, i.e. one communication mo- del complements the other.
