Manaf Bagirzade Etymology and semantic basis of the termination of the expression (governance)

Abstract

The article examines the issue of bringing the terminology "governance" into line with the Azerbaijani language, which has become widely used in English in recent years, especially in admi- nistrative sciences. In order to determine the most correct idiom in the Azerbaijani language, the etymological and semantic analysis was performed, and its essence and principles were noted. As a result of the analysis, several alternatives were evaluated and the appropriateness of using the term "management" as a term in the Azerbaijani language was justified.
