Social-psychological realism of Alabbas

The article talks about the stylistic features of social-psychological novels of Alabbas (Alabbas Bagirov), a well-known representative of Azerbaijani literature during the period of independence. The socio-psychological novel takes an important place in the Azerbaijani literature of the period of independence. The first psychological novels in the world literature were created in the XIX century in the direction of realism, and during the two centuries of development, they were enriched by adopting the features of modernism. In the article, the creation of social-psychological novels of Alabbas in the realism channel, different features of the writer's social-psychological style were investigated, analyzed and interpreted.
