Abstract

Through structural-semiotic analysis, we can follow how any literary text is organized, its structure is formed, how the author’s messages to society and culture in general are developed in this structure and how the main idea is conveyed. This approach also presents a model of the communicative process that allows the study of a literary text as a sign system and the transmission of information. Modern scientific discussions draw attention to both the scope and frequency of semiotics.
