Abstract

Khurshidbanu Natavan’s poetry, for its musicality, captivating, thought-provoking, and unique ways of description and expression, first of all drew attention to their sorrowful, gloomy atmosphere, which was mostly related to the losses in poet’s personal life in Karabakh in the researches. Of course, the misfortunes faced by the poet, had an impact on her mood and creative work. Poems by Natavan are both heartbreaking and a never-ending source of love and vitality. Mystical circumstances and experiences express the unity of this duality.
These circumstances and experiences are manifested in the layer of internal content symbolized in Natavan’s poems, as well as in the architectonics of her poems with poetic symbols that create a remembrance cycle.
Flowers play a significant role in the system of components that link her poems to Mysticism and have a multi-layered content. Natavan adorned her spiritual environment by using roses, carnations, violas, irises, and tulips as an ornament.
