The meaning of existence in dramaturgy of Samuel Beckett

Abstract

The article is devoted to the work of the famous English playwright S. Beckett, who is a representative of the drama of the absurd. The work of this writer is very multifaceted, has not yet been sufficiently studied and therefore needs further research. The main constituent elements of his dramatic works are the mixing of the base with the sublime, the comic with the tragic, the division of dramas into many diverse episodes. The applicant notes that the dynamics of parallel actions in anti-dramas unfold as side effects to the main thread of the plot development. In the article, certain text layers are derived directly based on the quotations of the scientists cited. Different points of view on this topic are given. At the same time, it is obvious that the dramas of S. Beckett's absurdity were aimed at modernity.Semantics of antroponyms and toponyms remembered in academic articles.
