Landscape lyrics in Islam Safarli’s poetry

Abstract

The article discusses the landscape lyrics of the prominent poet Islam Safarli. Analyzing his “Batabat Spring”, “Mountains”, “My Azerbaijan”, “My Khazar”, “Absheron” and other poems, the author comes to the conclusion that poetic generalizations, human and nature relations are the main features of the poet's landscape lyrics. When creating a landscape, I.Safarli is not satisfied with the description of any natural subject, he also glorifies the actions of people who beautify nature and love for the country with high artistry. The poetic landscapes of Islam Safarli, a nature lover and poet, also attract attention as the embodiment of his artistic and philosophical thoughts. In this regard, the poet's landscape lyrics are distinguished by their original expressive style and emotional shades.
