Abstract

The personal archive of the prominent playwright, philosopher, and public figure Mirza Fatali Akhundzade is held in the Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fuzuli of ANAS. The archive contains manuscripts of Akhundzade's works, letters he wrote to various individuals, letters addressed to him, biographical documents, descriptive documents, and materials belonging to his family, as well as printed books.

The documents in the archive are organized into sections, with each folder indicating the storage unit, volume, language, and alphabet in which the document is written.

The article provides information about the documents stored in each section and sub-section and highlights the importance of re-description of the archive, as some documents were not previously included in descriptive books.
