The art of oratory and the rhetoric of Heydar Aliyev

Abstract

This scientific-research work dedicated to the rhetoric of the great statesman Heydar Aliyev is still
relevant today, and it will be relevant in the future as long as Azerbaijan lives. Because this genius knows the
language, culture and history of Azerbaijan well, his speech has rich and meaningful shades, whoever listens
to his speeches travels through the past, present and future of Azerbaijan. There is no such attribute or
problem that the modern Azerbaijani language has learned, that its examples and indicators are not found in
numerous speeches of the great leader.
