The binary function of phonological units at the level of language expression

Abstract

The article deals with the factors influencing the deviations from English pronunciation norms in
the process of globalization, as well as the interaction of phonological factors that may help eliminate these
deviations. Considering the binary function of phonological units in communication, their interaction plays
an important role in successful communication. This also highlights how essential units of the expression
plan are in live communication processes, further emphasizing the relevance of studying the phoneticphonological features of expression units in connected speech.
