Azerbaijani culture in the warming period

In the article is given detailed information on the measures taken to eliminate delays in the field of literature, culture and art after the death of Stalin (1953) in Azerbaijan until that period. For this purpose, the importance of the issues discussed at the level of the Republic is analyzed and the archival documents confirming the level of implementation of decisions of the Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist party of Azerbaijan are chronologized and analyzed.
