Preparing the poster for the printing

Abstract

In the article the information about the rules for preparing the poster for publication is reflected. Before starting work, the creator of the poster should think about where it will be hung. In other words, each author has different ideas about where to place the poster he has created. And it is natural. Thus, some aspects of the design solution of the poster depend on where it is placed.

In order to increase the efficiency and massiveness of the performed work, the design of the poster is prepared for sheets of standard shapes. If you do not want the poster you are making to be too large in size, then you intend to give up its printing in typography. In this case, you can print it on a printer independently by choosing the ISO A1-A5 format for such posters.

Don’t forget that during the time of printing some colors are distorted and do not match the design. It also leads to the appearance of an unpleasant picture. Therefore, it is necessary to use the right color palette from the very beginning. In this case, your commitment to the design, the accuracy of which in the printing process was not achieved to the end, will be reduced. That is why, to use the CMYK model is recommended.
