The position of Sevinj Nurugizi's creativity in contemporary children's literature

Abstract

In the last thirty years, Sevinj Nurugizi has managed to attract the attention of children with his
interesting works. His works have always won competitions in foreign countries, and he has managed to
properly represent children's literature both inside and outside the country. Sevinj Nurugizi, who devoted his
life to the development of children's literature and its progress in the right direction, actively participated in
the literary process in this field, was sensitive to every historical event in the social and political life of the
country. In particular, the texts he wrote about the Karabakh and Shusha relations, whether in the last thirty
years – during the occupation period, or during the years of victory – earned him the image of a modern
writer in our literature. In the article, the works written by the author for children in different periods become
the subject of analysis.
