In this article, relationship between language and thinking, as well as the similarities and
differences between them are defined. Moreover the unity of intellection and language, also the
expression of the thoughts by means of language units while one’s thinking were noted. Language
is the mould for thinking and vice versa like two pages of one sheet of white paper – one side is
language while the other one is thinking. In order thought gains the value and becomes thought, it
needs to be expressed appropriately in a language. We can pass our thoughts to others by forming
them in words, sentences, texts. Also, our words are expression of environment, things and events
in language, people can understand them only by naming them. The words and expressions are understood by the listener by means of key words for that notion in the listener’s brain. It’s
impossible to say anything about something that is not expressed by the language. Therefore, the
key to the intellection is language and the development of language depends on intellection. The
more intellection develops, the more new notions appear, consequently new words are created thus
enlarging the vocabulary. This interrelation between language and intellection creates futile
environment for people’s better expression of their thoughts and feelings.
The mistakes in language indicates the tangle thinking. Jumble explanation of a simple issue that is
tangle thinking (especially teachers), use of words and word combinations in wrong semantics,
incorrect sentence structures, etc. show that the intellection is defected.
